We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to ensure with other team members that the accounting of the Head Quarter entities of the Maison Cartier is properly maintained in accordance with the standards and guidelines of the Richemont Group. A scope which will cover the management of three entities and based on various topics such design and foundation entities.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• Autonomous management of 3 entities
• Prepare and record journal entries
• Control payable accounts and schedule the invoices payment following their deadlines
• Support and assist the internal clients in the use of accounting applications
• Data and accounts analysis
• Establish VAT and tax statements
• Manage the monthly, quarterly or annual closing of accounts
• Elaborate and manage the budgets
• Ensure inter-company re-invoicing
• Be the link with the external auditors
• Contribute with the team on various cross-functional tasks

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• You hold a Federal certificate in Accounting or an equivalent degree with a solid experience of 5 years in the field of accounting and / or fiduciary
• You have full proficiency in Windows suite software. Mastery of SAP FI/CO and Excel is a prerequisite
• You speak French fluently and you have a good knowledge of English
• You are recognized for your organization, your rigor and your excellent sense of contact and teamwork
• You are comfortable managing priorities and stress
• You have very strong communication skills and you are able to demonstrate a high degree of enthusiasm, curiosity and motivation
