For the implementation of S/4 Hana, we are currently looking for a top motivated, hands-on:

SAP BUSINESS KEY USER FINANCE

ROLE:

Support our Finance & Controlling business users during S/4 Hana implementation on different tasks such as:

• Coordinate activities related to S/4 implementation (testing, training, cutover, go-live)
• Check, prepare and input masterdata
• Produce test scenarios, training documentation
• Provide efficient support on SAP to our worldwide finance community
• Apply best practices when it comes to accounting principles and SICPA Group management principles
• Collaborate with our financial teams worldwide, and with other departments implied in this project

In your role you could also be required to support and back up accounting team in Switzerland.

PROFILE :

• Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en finance et comptabilité or equivalent
• Strong experience with SAP (mainly Finance and Controlling), with strong awareness on integration with other modules
• Minimum 7 years of experience including at least 3 years as certified accountant
• Knowledge in IFRS and Swiss code of obligations
• Systems andservice oriented
• Good knowledge in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with ability to work in a team of diverse skills
• Positive personality who is proactive,flexible and collaborates efficiently
• Autonomous, curious, trustworthy and result oriented
• English and French fluent
