On behalf of an international company based inLausanne, we are searching for an

Accounts Payable Officer - Try&Hire

Description De La Mission
  • You accurately process and book all invoices (paper, electronic) for several european structures
  • You perform follow-up with invoice validation through workflow
  • You set-up and track payment runs on a regular basis (weekly, monthly)
  • You prepare debtors reports
  • You maintain supplier master file and set up new suppliers
  • You assist the Manager with month end close activities (accruals, AP accounts reconciliations, vendor statements review)
Profil Attendu
  • CFC or maturity degree
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position within an international company, preferably in Accounts Payables
  • Experience in large volume data entry
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Rigorous, detail-oriented, very good team spirit
  • Available in August for a temporary assignment, opportunity for a fix-term contract
