We are looking for anAdministrative Coordinator to join our #Squad.The main mission in this position is to support the successful order, to deliver and implement the retail concept and merchandising material across the global Breitling points of sale (POS) network.Reporting to the Retail Merchandising Team Lead, you will support the Merchandising team regarding logistics and SAP management, new boutique openings, the gift collection, and ways to improve our merchandising tools and processes.Your main responsibilities will include providing administrative and logistical support to the Trade Marketing team:Administration (40%) :
  • Entering and processing SAP orders from suppliers and markets worldwide.
  • Monitoring PO numbers and managing invoices.
  • Sending invoices to accounts payable to ensure timely payments.
  • Creating new merchandising articles’ numbers/references.
  • Managing intercompany order and re-invoicing.
Logistics (40%) :
  • Managing direct shipment allocations from suppliers to global markets.
  • Setting up new accounts for suppliers.
  • Monitoring timely and on budget deliveries of material worldwide.
  • Coordinating export/import documents.
  • Preparing order forms & delivery process.
  • Supporting with deliveries for new boutique openings.
Stock Management (10%) :
  • Conducting regular physical inventories to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Stock replenishment.
Markets’ support (10%) :
  • Providing customer service to global markets concerning their orders and shipments.
  • Distributing weekly stock reports to global markets.
Your profile:
  • You hold a commercial diploma
  • You can put forward your experience with SAP and project managements skills (mandatory)
  • You have strong background in Logistics domain
  • Knowledge of Strategic tool is a plus
  • You speak fluently English and French or Italian (mandatory). Knowledge of German is a plus
