Atlassian Engineer vacancy for a globally operating Zug based company in the commodity trading sector.

Your tasks:

  • Configuring and maintaining the Atlassian applications like Confluence, Jira and Jira Service Management
  • Working along with the IT and business teams, developing tailored configurations and custom solutions
  • Being responsible for technical requirements elicitation and documentation
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating and planning the technical work with external service providers
  • Working with Helpdesk and other teams, ensuring the operational processes are optimised



Your experience/knowledge:

  • 5+ years of work experience in delivering software solutions, consulting or supporting the required technologies
  • Outstanding knowledge in Scripting with PowerShell, Groovy and Unix shell scripting paired with proficiency in database technologies including Oracle and SQL
  • Know-how of web technologies like basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript and REST and of integration technologies and processes
  • Familiarity with DevOps technologies like Docker and Kubernetes and extensive knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management
  • Finished degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology or any other equivalent education
  • Fluent English skills, verbally and written
