Your role
Do you enjoy presenting in front of a crowd? Love events? Are you passionate about candidate experience?

We’re looking for a colleague to support the Talent Attraction & Campus Recruiting team to:

  • represent UBS at various events on campus, excited to get to know students and talk about UBS
  • captivate audiences with engaging presentation skills, bringing our employer brand to life in a compelling and memorable manner
  • establish and maintain positive relationships with universities and student clubs
  • work on projects to enhance our candidate pipeline, processes and programs
  • plan, coordinate and execute employer branding events, scheduling interviews and meetings for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers
  • work seamlessly with colleagues in the wider ‘Talent Attraction & Campus Recruiting’ teams, happy to jump on tasks wherever you’re needed

Your team
You’ll be part of the Talent Attraction & Campus Recruiting team based in Zürich, but we’re part of a team with colleagues all over the world. You’ll play a role in positioning UBS among diverse, top students to proactively attract, recruit and hire the next generation of employees to drive the success and growth of our firm.

Your expertise

  • ideally 2-3 years’ experience (recruiting, employer branding, events, administration or client facing role)
  • a keen interest in financial services and excitement to represent our brand
  • excellent communicator, happy in the spotlight and a natural relationship builder
  • flexible, with a ‘can-do’ attitude and keen to learn from an experienced team
  • strong attention to detail and excellent with administration
  • fluent in English and preferably French and German
