Role Purpose/Mission:Supports and empowers Retail team to elevate client experience.
  • Responsible for cultivating strong relationships with HNW, this role takes the lead with the GM, in developing local strategies for brand partnerships and outreach initiatives to drive business growth by attracting new HNW clients and fostering loyalty among existing customers. This includes creating personalized and unique client experience concepts while closely collaborating with Global communication and other métiers.
  • Additionally, this position supports and empowers the retail team to enhance the overall client experience
Main Accountabilities:
  • Serve as a La Prairie Brand Ambassador, representing La Prairie within key communities and influential networks of affluent and HNW audiences.
  • Understand the profiles and expectations of our High-Value Clients (HVC) and assist in crafting personalized client journeys.
  • Cultivate lasting and personalized client relationships with HVC and manage a portfolio of HVC.
  • Lead opportunities to recruit HNW prospects – collaborating with approved Luxury Brands & Partners (i.e., outside of beauty such as luxury hotels/members clubs, auction houses).
  • Develop and execute a scalable white glove Clienteling program, aimed at engaging both new and loyal clients.
  • Build pipeline of partners and relationships in important strategic communities, driving the Elite Plan across various cultural pillars such as Fashion, Art, Music, Film, and Politics.
  • Actively pursue new brand PR opportunities to generate buzz and attract new affluent clientele. Coordinate efforts with internal departments and global stakeholders to ensure alignment by proposing unique and meaningful experiences to delight and engage their network and clients.
  • Collaborate with Global Retail / Global communication /Global Education:
    • Support and empower the Beauty Advisors (BA) in understanding, connecting with, and engaging High-Value Clients (HVC).
    • Continuously enhance the client experience, service, and hospitality to foster VIP retention and recruitment.
  • Assist BAs in representing our brand authentically and confidently in front of their clients
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in brand communications & client experience
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the luxury environment & market
  • Excellent communication (verbal, interpersonal, and written) skills and ability to network actively and establish strong client relationships.
  • High level of creativity (ability “to think out of the box*), excellent presentation skills and positive attitude
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and agility to find new approaches and solutions to the challenges of this role
  • High organizational skills & high energy, curious and open-minded
  • Agile mindset with a test & learn approach
  • Effective collaborator and team player
  • Eloquent in English and German, French an advantage
