Roger Dubuis is looking for a Customer Service Project Manager. Reporting to the Head of Customer Service, you will be in charge of all Customer Service project management for the Maison in coordination with other dedicated department and markets. The Customer Service project management function at Roger Dubuis aims to lead the CS projects and assure the deployment by guaranteeing the enrollment of the various interlocutors. Your main responsibilities will include:Project Management:
- Management of several projects link to New Services, Customer Experience, Flow optimization, Process improvement in an International and multicultural environment
- Own the responsibility for the entire project delivery (Risk Analysis, Planning, Milestone, Report, Detail Task, Main contributor,….)
- Train the different stakeholder to insure the roll out
- Summon best practice, apply lessons learned as a ‘return-of- experience’
- Coach the Admin CS team for dedicated project tasks
- Participate to CX (Customer Experience) creation and animate CS Project
- Master Degree in Engineering and/or Business School
- Strong achiever, pragmatic, and solution oriented
- Great communication skills across different departments and across different level of hierarchy
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in project management and/or analytics in a demanding organization
- Preferably previous experience in Luxe industry
- Ability to effectively manage a varied and challenging workload patiently
- Ability to multitask, maintain focus under pressure and ensure accuracy and attention to detail at all times
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and System IT knowledge
- Strong ability to work cross functionally, the proven ability to effectively influence and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders
- Process oriented and high attention to detail, analytical, agile with numbers
- Commercial and methodological know-how of risk and opportunity assessment
- Proven skills in projects in an international environment
- Strong planning and organizational skills as well as sound judgement
- Comfortable to work in a matrix organization on multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in French and English
- Open to international travel of approx. 10 - 20%.
