In few words

We’re looking for a Quadient Developer, or a Software Engineer open to learn Quadient for our client in the banking sector, based in Geneva.

Activities

  • Conceive and develop new features on the reporting platform based on business priority and criticality.
  • Actively participate to agile ceremonies.
  • Guarantee the quality of the deliverables.
  • Proactive in proposing technological improvements and initiatives aimed at reducing technical debt and risk reduction.
  • Understanding the context of IT platform evolutions to ensure overall consistency and verify that they always fit into a long-term vision.

Your profil

  • Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer
  • Knowledge of the following environments: SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins
  • Knowledge of Quadient Inspire is an asset
  • Experience with micro-services, containers, DevOps, is an asset
  • Good knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of the banking domain is an asset
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis, communication, adaptation, and organization skills
  • Commitment, autonomy, sensitivity to quality, and ability to handle stress

  • Your first interview with one of our recruiters will be over the phone. The recruiter’s role is to understand your path and listen to your personal and professional aspirations.
  • Once you have been in contact with our teams, we will organise a technical evaluation of your expertise with one of our staff members.
  • An in-person interview with a Business Manager will then be organised to introduce you to the assignment or project we think would suit you best.
