WE RECRUIT:

The EAS (Enterprise Applications Services) Competence Center based in Meyrin is looking for a highly motivated intern who is willing to deep dive in a project for a 6 months mission and support the project management team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This internship will allow you to participate in several phases of a project and your responsibilities will include the following:
  • Project reporting
    • Update of the KPI’s
    • Update of the schedules
  • Maintenance of Project documentation in SharePoint
  • Organize meetings : Invitations, attendees welcoming, support to preparation of meeting materials, broadcast of meeting notes
  • Operational link for the use of project tools (Signavio, planning, etc.)
  • Solve miscellaneous practical issues for the smoothness of the project
  • Testing phase
    • Maintenance of the Test Plans, Test Packages
    • Test Follow-up and related KPI’s update
YOUR PROFILE:
  • You are doing a Master degree or are recently graduated (Business or Engineering School) with a strong willingness to enter Project Management
  • You are interested by IT and Distribution
  • You have excellent writing and communication skills
  • You have the ability to see the big picture and summarise
  • You are effective in managing projects and have a good ability to solve problems.
  • You have a strong team spirit, you are proactive, enthusiastic and not afraid of new challenges.
  • You are fluent in English, French is a plus
