Corum Group International (CGI), headquartered in Zurich, and Corum Group Ltd., headquartered in Seattle, WA, are global firms specializing in mergers and acquisitions for privately held software and high technology firms. With offices around the globe, we are seeking a highly organized and responsible Executive Assistant to join our growing organization. This is a part-time work from home position and could be perfect for those hoping to be closer to kids and family during the day, supporting our Swiss branch. Candidates must be Swiss nationals and reside in Switzerland.

Candidate will provide support to the CGI team. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Salary to start at $45,000 CHF for part-time plus quarterly bonus incentives.

Executive Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical duties, maintain files, set appointments, and organize documents in Dynamic’s CRM.
  • Help prepare marketing materials for events.
  • Assist with event planning and implementation.
  • Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information.
  • Cross training on client and buyer outreach.
  • Writing and editing documents as needed.
  • Management of the Swiss branch and filing necessary documents as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Swiss nationals and reside in Switzerland
  • College degree required
  • Prior experience handling office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Prior experience in the technology sector preferred.
  • Experience with email marketing software and MS Dynamics a plus.
  • Experience in Asia a plus.
