Graduate Program (GDP) in Business Acceleration team

Our Graduate’s program aims to develop the professional knowledge of graduates through a learning and practical journey at UCB, where Graduates can collaborate with diverse teams such as the Allergy, Neurology and Immunology Product Streams and be part of our Graduate Community

This position is a great opportunity for young graduates to start their career in the pharmaceutical & biotechnology manufacturing field and shape their professional journey in this scientific environment that could lead to an exciting future at UCB.

Two graduate journeys are never the same… and this one is a particularly exciting one! Here is what we have imagined for you
  • A unique 18-month program (3 mission of 6 months each) in our manufacturing site in Bulle, Switzerland.
  • Discovery of 3 different teams within the Business acceleration department:
  • Validation and process expertise: participate to the process-related (re)validation exercises & process support projects realization: more specifically, contribution in Continuous Process Verification, including the deployment of bots for the automatization/standardization of CPV reports (possible further development onto other reports included in the PQR),
  • Data science: lead the data gathering & interpretation, troubleshooting support & improvement proposals with the support of the subject matter experts & statistical experts,
  • Continuous improvement: contribute & lead Continuous Improvement projects within the organization (using Lean Six Sigma methodologies).
  • Opportunity to impact different types of manufacturing processes (Allergy, Neurology & Immunology).

Educational Background
  • Recently graduated in life science, healthcare, engineering or related field.
  • Possesses good understanding of statistics & programming and of digitalization projects.
  • Effective communication and project management skills.
  • Excellent French and English (both orally and in writing).
