In this role you will ensure effective and efficient Reporting to La Prairie and Beiersdorf Board of Directors.

Main accountabilities

Sales Reporting
- Daily Sales Report to LP Board of Directors
- Monthly Sales Report to LP Board of Directors
- Monthly Net Sales Estimate Report to LP Board of Directors
- Annual Net Sales Target Setting by profit centre
- Sales Reporting to BDF (MSR, MSE, MSO, FC, Plan, Target)
- Wholesales Report to LP Board of Directors
Analysis of global P&L development by profit centre at period-end closings and forecast / plan submission
Support and coordination of global financial planning / target setting process
Preparation of presentations / business updates e.g. to LP Board of Directors / BDF
Ad-hoc analysis of sales and cost development
Ensure consistent application of accounting policies across the Group
Key user for QlikView applications “Marketing & Sales” and “SOI”
Documentation for above mentioned and other key reporting processes
Administration of Group Controlling SharePoint and Teams

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Degree in business administration and around 5-7 years work experience in controlling
Fluent English language skills
Strong analytical skills, organized, flexible and able to work under pressure
International mindset
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel / Power Point
Good knowledge of SAP / Business Intelligence solutions
