Your challenge

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Data Centre of Excellence
• Lead a team responsible for data architecture, governance, and enterprise data services
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and elevate data literacy across the organization
• Act as SPOC for data-related questions on management level facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration
• Take ownership and lead organization-wide data initiatives with a focus on delivering tangible business value
• Lead change management campaigns on data culture, data literacy, and data ethics
• Ensure our data management practices not only comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards but are also actionable, driving effective and impactful outcomes
• Offer comprehensive technical insights into data technologies, instruments and methodologies and advocate for their promotion in Business and IT
• Serve as a reliable ally for other team managers and product owners, offering support for their objectives and providing valuable guidance on data
• Inspire and guide team members with clear direction, empowering each to excel in their unique domains
  

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in (Business) Informatics, Data Management & Analytics, or a related discipline
• Extensive experience in team leadership, strategic roadmap planning, and execution, preferably in the financial sector
• In-depth understanding of Data Management and Governance practices, including Data Architecture, Data Modeling, Data Quality Management and Metadata Management
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to different stakeholders
• Proficiency in Scrum techniques and artifacts, along with a strong understanding of agile practices
• Enthusiasm for data, proactivity, resilience, and a profound sense of accountability
• Ability to be a servant leader, prioritizing the needs of the team and empowering team members
• Proficiency in both English and German
• Willingness to regularly commute and work on-site at both hubs: Liechtenstein and Zürich
