• Support the line manager to drive and execute the overall (people) strategy
• Identify pro-actively, align and implement the needs to the business
• Partner with the business to further develop the attractiveness of our firm as a great work place
• Onboard and coach employees within the respective field of care
• Be a part of interesting HR projects
• Support team leaders and individuals in their personal development

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the relevant field is required; Master in HR preferred
• Possess a successful track record and work experience as HR BP
• Experience in a global organization within the Finance and/or IT sector; be familiar with IT-profiles
• Reflected interpersonal and communication skills
• High quality of work focus
• In depth knowledge of Swiss labor law & regulations
• Fluent in English and German (written & spoken)
• Hands-on mentality
