The Visual Merchandising Intern is responsible for helping to manage the creation of Visual Merchandising /(VM) elements (skin care, make-up, perfume) according to the international marketing plan and/or specific market requests. The intern will participate in the management of VM projects and creation of the merchandising guidelines that will be sent out to the markets.


Your Responsibilities


  • You create launch, corporate and storytelling VM as 3D renderings
  • You coordinate with the creative service and make sure that the latest visuals version are applied on the VM items
  • You manage projects given to agencies and modelers
  • You support the creation of merchandising guidelines (InDesign, in English) such as VM descriptions, technical plans, staging
  • You create launch scenographies for windows, podiums, outposts according to different distribution channels and space locations
  • You generate competitive intelligence and share with the rest of the merchandising team
  • You categorize and archive all items/guidelines produced

Your Profile


  • You are a student, or you recently graduated in Design, Architecture or Interior design
  • Fluent English skills are required as you will be working in an international team
  • You have knowledge in PC/Mac software: Adobe suite, InDesign, MS Office, CINEMA 4D, V-RAY or 3ds Max, AUTOCAD
  • Experience in graphic printing, ART exhibition, POSM and scenography production/execution methods are a plus
  • You are highly creative and have good judgement skills to make decisions and solve problems
  • You are proactive, organised and detail-oriented
  • You are able to work to tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks
  • Good communication skills, including succinct descriptions
