Legal Counsel

Experis IT Switzerland is on the search for a Legal Counsel to join an existing Swiss Legal Department at a well-known firm. This exciting contracting opportunity is only open to candidates with relevant experience, who are available to start in a short notice.

Location: Zürich

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension

Workload: 100%

Project Details

• Providing legal services, amongs others, to Company’s Global Engineering group as well as Capital Procurement
• Being the Legal point of contact for CAPEX related matters, including day to day advise and dispute management
• Supporting CAPEX related projects throughout all phases, including planning, project advise, contract drafting and negotiation
• Actively contributing to initiatives of company’s global manufacturing and quality lawyer network
• Ensures legal risks and business opportunities are properly balanced with sound risk management
• Articulates clear legal recommendations with the clients and legal stakeholders
  

Your Profile

• Fully qualified lawyer in at least one European jurisdiction, with at least 5 years of commercial experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong knowledge in civil law and contract law, real estate law is seen as a plus
• First experience with strongly regulated environments, technical agreements and/or cGMP
• Strong verbal and written communication, research, organizational as well as analytical skills
• Team player
• Good communication skills, including convincing presentation skills, excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills with an ability to influence others
• Fluent (spoken and written) in English, any further European language is an asset
• Practical and pragmatic business-oriented solution approach
• Flexible, decisive, assertive, proactive, committed and reliable
