headcount AG is a Zurich based consultancy serving clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology, diagnostic, OTC and chemical market segments.

Our client is a global pharmaceutical company with a very strong presence here in Switzerland. They are currently looking for an experienced Medical Advisor to support their Diabetes division in the foreseeing of a future launch.

This is the chance to join one of the most successful global pharmaceutical companies and contribute to the Medical launch strategy for assets in the Diabetes therapeutic area. An exciting role within the medical and cross-functional organization,

Tasks

_Establish and maintain relationships

_Understand the needs and align projects with leaders, scientific experts and the Diabetes medical community

_Work closely together with internal departments such as Marketing and Sales on the life cycle and business plans

_Organize and lead medical advisory boards, scientific exchange and educational meetings and initiatives

_Develop and train speakers and provide scientific training to the sales force team

_Be responsible for presenting and discussing scientific data and product profiles

_Collaborate with the clinical operations and real-world evidence teams and provide medical leadership for clinical studies

_Support externally-initiated research initiatives

_Contribute to regulatory and reimbursement dossiers

Requirements

_Holding a higher university degree in medicine, pharmacy or life sciences (MD, BC/BE in Endocrinology or Internal Medicine, PharmD, PhD),

_Have strong clinical / research track record

_Gained experience in the pharmaceutical industry

_Ideally already have a network in Diabetes in the Swiss market

_Speaking fluent French, German and English
