MedTech | Legal & Compliance Counsel | Lucerne| Temp. 3 months | 40% | May 2022 | CHF 120’000+

Tasks
  • File and review a broad set of contracts (NDA’s, sponsoring, congress agreements)
  • Negotiate, draft and review distribution agreements with business partners
  • Review, update and apply internal policies from a compliance perspective
  • Independently handle contract management
  • Support and cooperate with the legal team
Requirements
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
  • Completed MLaw and/or relevant compliance certification
  • Min. 3 years of PQE in a law firm or as in-house legal counsel
  • Proven experience in contract management and distribution agreements
