Night Manager

Three restaurants, one bar together with a variety of social and meeting facilities, a spa and a fitness room will enchant our guests.

As Night Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Managing the Night Team

• Responsible, for security and guest services at night

• Coordinating and taking over emergencies during the night until the arrival of the General Manager or the Hotel Manager

• Daily control of the accounting tasks of the front office

• Carrying out the closing of the day

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

• Responsible for the reception tasks at night

• Assisting with billing and invoicing

• Friendly check-in and check-out of our guests

• Other responsibilities include performing all administrative and operative tasks and ensuring consistent knowledge of our Mission Statement, Pillars and all other service standards

• Close interdepartmental cooperation and communication, especially with housekeeping, technical staff and room service

As Night Manager, we expect from you:

• A completed professional training in the upscale hotel industry. At least 2 years of experience in front office management in the upscale hotel industry

• Leadership, organizational skills and the ability to lead a team of employees from different cultures with sensitivity and discipline

• Sense of responsibility and good time management

• Good computer skills, PMS knowledge

• Communication skills - guests will come to you with both complaints and positive feedback

• Flexibility and resilience - your position will include weekend and holiday shifts

• Excellent manners, approachable and well-groomed appearance, as well as a positive charisma

• Very good knowledge of German and English. Other foreign languages are an advantage
