We are looking to recruit Process Manager (m/w/d), who is passionate about strategic production development and digitalization in the manufacturing sector. Expertise and outstanding products along with a global clientele make our client an international leader in the field of optical connectivity.

Your responsibilities:

• Defining and realizing development strategies in the manufacturing processes
• Coordinating and training the Process Engineering Network (the Process Owners of the various global production sites)
• Project management in production technology and coordination of digitalization projects
• Assisting the various product development projects which are part of the industrialization phase
• Analyzing the manufacturing processes and defining optimization projects
• Benchmarking of manufacturing technology and change management
  
  

Your profile:

• Technical Degree. Further education in Project Management is a plus
• At least three years of professional experience in the industrial sector (preferably in optics, automation and digitalization)
• Fluent in German and good English
• Excellent data analysis and statistics skills
• Able to negotiate and make decisions
• Open minded, approachable and with solid communication skills
