We are a Swiss company with our own hardware and software solution for precise, privacy-compliant counting of people and optimization of people flows. Our unique 3D technology in combination with Artificial Intelligence is used at airports, train stations, shopping malls, boutiques, sport events as well as on cruise ships. Our team of over 130 Xovisionaries, is the foundation of our great success.

We’re looking for a Xovisionary to strengthen our Product Management team, preferably based in Berne, Zurich but other locations can be considered.

As a Product Manager, you contribute significantly to the new and further development of Xovis products and are our expert for an industry. You understand trends and can derive a long-term roadmap for our product portfolio. You are responsible for our industry strategy from the idea to the marketing.

Your Responsibilities Include
  • Define and champion market vision and strategy; research customer and market needs, conduct competitive analysis
  • Define prioritized long-term roadmap along with an overall vertical strategy
  • Drive end-to-end feature delivery; collaborate with Product Owner to write features with clear acceptance criteria, working with UX to build prototypes for usability testing and research, working with engineering, documentation, support, and marketing to deliver quality products
  • Clarification of business and technical dependencies and their feasibility together with the Product Owner
  • Meetings with customers, developers, users, prospects in order to communicate product vision, product roadmap and success stories
What You Bring To The Table
  • Completed studies within the technical field
  • Min. 3 years experience as Product Manager in a B2B software environment
  • High customer centricity and a distinct flair for markets and products
  • Structured way of working and the ability to correctly set priorities
  • High assertiveness as well as level-appropriate communication
  • You’re very confident in communicating in English, any other language is a plus
