Your tasks
  • In this role, you are in charge of managing the value proposition of the range of services you are responsible for (ie : Consumables), all along their life cycle from launch to phase out.
  • You focus at translating the Customer Service strategy to best-in-class value proposition services pushing for services and processes standardisation across regions in a GloCal approach.
  • You support sales in the go-to-market strategy defined with the heads of market regions and act as a game changer in the organisation.
  • You ensure the growth of revenues for the consumables and related services.
Your profile
  • Engineering degree in Mechanics, strong technical background
  • Experience in liaising with various stakeholders : R&D, purchasing, supplier, curtomers, sales force
  • Excellent communication skills
