Cartier Europe is a region built around 7 subsidiaries with a common vision and with common objectives, enriched by the diversity of each market.

The Cartier Europe Team and EXCO is overseeing the commercial activity of the Maison for the markets: UK, France, Iberia, South-East-Europe, Switzerland, Northern-Europe and Benelux & Nordics.

The Regional team’s overall mission is to drive and guide the management, allocation of resources, the development of competences & expertise across Markets.


MAIN OBJECTIVE


The Product & Marketing Transformation Manager will promote and strengthen a consistent product strategy across the Region to accompany gains in market by monitoring product line performance whilst supporting product-focused developments and initiatives.

This will be achieved by leveraging strong cross market communalities in products strategies whilst supporting local specificities and needs. As a key referent of product management teams across the Region and a sparring partner for Central Marketing Teams, this function ensures the right tempo to launches, promotes specific product needs, and animates ongoing strategic thinking based on local realities.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Measuring cross-market product performance

  • Animates regular cross market product line performance reviews
  • Establishes specific product launch monitoring reviews
  • Liaises with Operations and Flows on qualitative insights for stock performance assessments

Scheduling optimized product launch

  • Coordinates cross markets optimized product launches based on local agendas and needs
  • Evaluates consolidated launch opportunities
  • Liaises with Communication and Strat Planning to ensure appropriate scaling of communication resources and assets

Accompanying the thinking on product life cycles

  • Conducts quarterly cross markets sessions on the topic of product life cycle opportunities
  • Coordinates regional strategy and alignment on the emerging topics of second-hand market animation and circular economies
  • Liaises with Network and Omni-Channels

Coordinating special product developments

  • Evaluates with product management community special product development opportunities to warrant success and impact
  • Supports product brief and validation process with Central Teams

Developing efficient product information strategy

  • Assesses the efficient and consistent broadcasting of internal product information
  • Enhances the quality, format and consistency of cross market internal product launch animation

Supporting product knowledge

  • Liaises with Retail experience to ensure adequacy of product information support and training
  • Accompanies local L&Ds and product management community in optimizing product training strategies and dedicated L&D content creations

Animating Communities

  • Builds and fosters exchanges across market with the product management community
  • Liaises with Regional HR in identifying and accompanying talents and potential

YOUR PROFILE

Skills:

  • 10 years of experience within the Marketing and Communication acquired within local or central teams
  • Strong communication/interaction skill
  • Project management and negotiation skills
  • Convincing interpersonal and relationship-building skills, ability to federate a group of people on a project.
  • Proactive, flexible, innovative, and passionate
  • Driven individual with potential of future development within the Maison
  • Ability to travel 20 to 30% of the time, worldwide
