Business Analyst - Wealth Management

On behalf of our client, based in Geneva, we are looking for a Project Manager - Wealth Management to reinforce the IT Team.

You’ll have to conduct and participate to the evolution and support for applications in Wealth management.




Key Responsibilities

  • Lead european projects (for differents offices) and manage end to end life cycle of projects,
  • Gather users requirements and negociate scope Coverage regarding budget and planning constraints,
  • Develop and maintain projects schedule, scope, budget, quality, resource plans,
  • Drive the development an the delivery process (Security, Architecture, Production) with respect to Group/industry standard methodologies
  • Coordinate with all the projects actors as well as the IT leaders,
  • Ensure the Deployment plan, the change management guide and the trainings,
  • Monitor progress based on KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and initiate actions to meet project milestones and objectives



Skills :

  • Significant Experience in private banking and Wealth Management (knowledge of internal transversal process),
  • Background in IT infrastructure,
  • Min of 6 years Experience in project management,
  • Communication skills,
  • Experience in change management is a plus
  • Fluent in French and English
