You are part of our quality team in operations and ensure with your work the compliance and excellent quality of our products. You take over the responsibility for the continuous improvement of the quality of our products and processes and coordinate them within our change process. You are the contact person for the adjacent areas and ensure the compliant implementation. Job Description
  • Develop and maintain quality plans and inspection process in incoming inspection and manufacturing
  • Support measurement system analysis in quality control and production
  • Initiation and handling of nonconformance reports, investigations, complaints, CAPA`s and changes in responsibility of quality operation
  • Provide practical guidance to individuals or teams within Medela regarding process validation, NC Management, CAPA and Change process
  • Involvement in the product development process in cooperation with Research and Development, Design Assurance, Operations, and Regulatory Affairs
  • Perform functional and process risk assessments in conjunction with Design Assurance, Production Engineering, R&D and subject matter experts
  • Release of supplied and manufactured Products for distribution
  • Support internal and external quality system audits.
Your profile
  • Technical education (Bachelor, Master, HF) e.g. in Engineering, Materials science or similar
  • Several years of experience in a similar position in the med tech area
  • Understanding of relevant ISO and MDD, MDR regulations
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Integrative person who can lead interdisciplinary teams in Projects and enjoys a variety of activities
