We have a new and exciting position where we are seeking a dynamic individual to be our Quality Manager, playing a crucial role in maintaining our quality management system and managing quality matters.

The position
Embark on a pivotal role with Novo Nordisk Switzerland as a Quality Manager, dedicated to maintaining our quality management system and proactively addressing matters. Serving as the deputy of the Responsible Person, you are committed to safeguard patient safety and product quality and will champion continuous improvement initiatives. Engage in Complaint Handling by supervising and optimizing the local process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume the role of Deputy Responsible Person (Stv. FvP), perform QA related tasks for Switzerland incl. release of batches to the Swiss market, review PQRs, write, review and approve local QMS documents, management of deviations, changes and quality incidents and contribute to audits and inspections

  • Pro-actively contribute to the optimisation of the quality management system and internal processes

  • Supervise and participate in the Product Complaint reporting process. Verify technical complaint descriptions and play an important role in providing feedback to customers

  • Interact with local internal stakeholders, e.g. Regulatory Affairs, PV, Supply Chain and Customer Service as well as Global Quality functions

Qualifications
You have decided to apply for this exiting role because you already have a few years of experience in Quality positions from a pharmaceutical company or similar or you have worked in pharmaceutical production. You are used to thinking critically and taking responsibility and are looking for a new challenge!
Furthermore, your key qualifications will include:
  • University degree in Pharmacy or related science
  • Proficiency in German, English, and basic French
  • Knowledge of GxP regulations and Quality management
  • Knowledge and understanding of drug product manufacturing processes
  • Appreciation of business dynamics and the local market
  • Being quality-conscious, you pay attention to details and work systematically
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Robust planning and organizational capabilities
  • Ability to work in cross-functional environments
  • Dynamic attitude, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload according to importance
  • Familiarity with IT systems and databases

About the department
Novo Nordisk Pharma AG is the Swiss Affiliate, with over 90 employees, located at the Circle, Zurich Airport. The Swiss Affiliate belongs to Region North West Europe, which is part of IO (International Operations).
