The European SMT team role is based in Zug, Switzerland and reports to our CEO Ardagh Metal Packaging - Europe.

Your Mission

We are searching for a leader (female, male, diverse), who helps us leading our Sales & Marketing functions in Metal Packaging Europe, increases Ardagh Share and profitability within the sector.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Member of the SMT team – regional as well as European sales team concerning leadership, strategic planning, budgeting, business review and decision making
• Lead sales and sales admin team to secure, retain and grow profitable business
• Ensure the delivery of accurate information and forecasts to support regional & group planning
• Conduct and develop high level contacts with current and potential customers
• Manage international key accounts across countries
• Business development & Projects to ensure state of the art CRM
• Marketing Strategy
• Follow up all environmental trends and tendencies and inform the relevant AMP-E organizations
  

Requirements

• University Degree in job related discipline
• 10 years+ sales & leadership experience
• Experience in packaging industry
• Fluency in English is a must. Communication skills in German or another European language are desirable
