You are responsible for managing the Salesforce system architectures, along with supporting the applications that interact with it. You work with multiple stakeholders to deliver solutions that are highly usable, extensible and manageable on the Salesforce Platform. This position will work with various business functions to understand business challenges, translate requirements into functional specifications, facilitate process improvements and evaluate IT solutions through business cases.Your Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Salesforce SaaS platform technologies to customers and stakeholders
• Cover a broad variety of responsibilities such as technical and solution architecture design, development, prototyping and release management
• Enable Business Process Management and Continuous Improvemen
• Manage solution Development, delivery and release management
• Partner, as a direct contributor, with cross-functional teams, global process experts and project managers to implement and support global information system solutions
• Stay up-to-date on software releases, support and innovation from the provider

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Some years of experience in an Architecture role, with Integration technologies as well as in Agile methodologies
• Strong experience presenting to senior management and demonstrated communication skills; both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management
• Expert end-to-end application life cycle implementation experience using the Salesforce platform
• Expert level understanding of the out-of-box Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community Cloud (Experience Cloud), Pardot & Marketing Cloud App Cloud, and Einstein solutions
• Extensive experience integrating Salesforce systems with internal and external systems using Web-based API technologies (SOAP, REST)
