In this role, you will support and develop further La Prairie`s IT application landscape in the area Finance and Controlling.How you will create a beautiful impact:

• Provide expertise within SAP Fi-Co area for design, build and support activities.
• Build and implement the future operating model deployment, based on SAP4/HANA.
• Define future enhancements, design, customize, configure, and test these – creating an efficient environment to support business needs and company strategy.
• Facilitate workshops to map business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
• Development of ABAP reports, interfaces, application enhancements.
• Process change requests and incidents according to service level standards.
• Key user support for SAP FI-CO and project activities areas.
• Good knowledge of third-party solutions (expense & travel mgt).
• Enhancement of standard SAP functionalities (User exits), maintenance of current developments.
• Create and maintain documentation (technical and user).
• Training / Coaching of key/end users.

What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent:

• Bachelor or master’s degree (FH) in business management or computer science.
• 3 -5 years’ work experience in a similar role within an international consumer goods environment.
• Good integration knowledge of the SAP modules and functionalities of FI-CO LE, MM, SD.
• Ideally skills and experience in SAP HR Mini-Master, SAP4/HANA, Workflow, Smart forms/Adobe PDF Forms, ABAP and SAP Query.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive change across all levels of the organisation.
• Strong analytical and concept design capabilities & hands-on consultant mentality.
• Service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
