Your typical responsibilities include leading agile ceremonies and maintaining agile artifacts while interacting with other Scrum Masters and teams in scaled agile organisation.

  • You identify and eliminate emerging risks and obstacles and are able to provide information about the current state of work progress and agile metrics
  • You ideally have DevOps experience and are able to challenge the team in DevOps practices
  • The ability to support your team during high workloads completes your profile

Team We are a young, growing team of six people, with two team members based in Switzerland. Two DevOps Engineers work in our DevOps Centre in Riga (Latvia) and our team is complemented by two more engineers from our supplier HP. As Scrum Master and DevOps Engineer in our team, you review and ensure the quality of the collaborative software delivery and apply change management strategies to successfully achieve project goals. By openly sharing new ideas, you help us in our relentless improvement and continuous development.

The themes As a team, we model, develop, configure and operate network process orchestration for active and passive network components for our internal stakeholders. The centre point of all our activities are our applications: ANPE (Automated Network Processing Engine) acts as a NaaS (Network as a Service) by orchestrating network-related processes and encapsulates the OSS/BSS system landscape against the ODM (Operational Domain Management network-related) systems.

Your profile

  • At least two years of practical experience as a Scrum Master in agile teams and organisations with a background as DevOps Engineer (Ideally relating to Java DevOps)
  • Very good English communication skills
  • German communication skills are a plus
  • Knowledge of telecommunication industry would be an advantage
  • Team player with strong communication skills, empathy and good people skills
  • Through your solution-oriented approach, you combine methodical steadiness and pragmatism
