Main Responsibilities

This position is responsible for all Global Carve out budgets within Global Consumer Supply chain, providing financial support to a $150MM+ budget composed of United States and Zug cost centers that include Make, Plan, Source, Quality, SMP, S&D and other Supply Chain functions. The Financial Analyst will report and consolidate all Global Carve out headcount, expenses and capital for each quarter close, forecasting cycle, and latest estimates. Other quarter close responsibilities include BvA management, Intercompany transactions as well as passback/clearing entries, FAA, managing Global SC & NSC Capital and SMART spend consolidations. He/She will have opportunity to collaborate with multiple business partners across various regions and functions as needed and participate in high exposure quarterly/forecasting presentations.

In addition to managing the Global carve out budget, this person will be responsible to manage fixed asset related tasks, maintain the master data, and contribute to the compliance activities.

To achieve its missions, the candidate will partner and work efficiently with the business teams / finance peers / finance shared service center / IT…

The candidate will also bring improvement to current dashboards, look for automation opportunity to make the financial process simpler. The role will report to the Global carve out Senior Finance Manager.

Key Activities
  • Finance Owner responsible for U.S. & Zug Supply Chain Global budgets (expense, headcount, capital)
  • Finance Owner responsible for Quarter Close requirements (FAA, passback/clearing JE, ITRFs, SMART spend)
  • Finance Owner responsible for Global Supply Chain & NSC Capital (consolidations)
  • Finance support for various business partners across multiple regions/functions
  • Management of Fixed Assets
Who We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in finance, Accounting or equivalent
  • CPA, CMA or other financial certification is preferred
  • 4/5+ years’ experience in a Finance position
  • Strong analytical and risk management capabilities
  • Advanced knowledge and skills in Excel and Financial Modelling
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Work autonomously and manage ambiguity
  • Show curiosity and keen to learn
  • Fluency in English, additional language is beneficial
