For our client, an international company proving financial services, we are looking for an experienced person to take over a (senior)manager position and to join the Financial Services Transformation team based in Zurich.

Your tasks

In this senior position you will advise demanding national and international clients on complex strategic and operational issues. More in details, you will:

  • Organize and lead client meeting to understand their needs and advise them on Financial Crime related issues and topics (money laundering, violation of sanctions, corruption, and fraud)
  • Propose and design transformation services within the areas of financial crime prevention and compliance management to help financial services institutions to successfully manage local and global challenges
    • Design Financial Crime frameworks, operating models and processes and define analytical approaches to fight financial crime
  • Work with clients, fraud investigators, internal and external auditors, forensic technology experts, lawyers and regulatory authorities in sensitive and sometimes adversarial situation
  • Acquire new clients and projects and lead the projects rollout until implementation and verification

Your profile

You offer a university degree in business, finance or math-related science. In addition you bring with you:

  • At least 5 years of in-depth experience in a consulting firm with focus on financial crime prevention
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of money laundering, violation of sanctions, corruption, and fraud
  • Good IT knowledge, a flair for figures, attention to detail and interest in understanding the legal framework of economic crimes
  • Assertive and proactive approach to the execution of projects as well as the ability to network effectively within large organizations and build relationships with individuals and clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German is required - any additional language considered as a plus
