HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As the ServiceNow Business Analyst you will work closely with the ITSM Manager and will be responsible for identifying business requirements, requirements management, functional design, developing agile stories, process design, testing, defining support procedures and supporting the implementation of ServiceNow.

Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Capture business and user requirements (as stories for agile shops), ensuring requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification. You will own the relationship with project stakeholders to identify, prioritize, model, and document business, process, and data requirements and represents project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.
  • Works with the platform team to develop release estimates, supports the testing effort and works with stakeholders to drive adoption
  • Organizes process workshops, attends project governance meetings and scrum meetings.
  • Coordinates all decisions and execution of internal communications to stakeholders related to the deployment of ServiceNow and delivers internal information according to a communications plan to prepare the organization for the ServiceNow platform and its functionality. Serve as primary liaison with groups to facilitate program communications.
  • Define training needs, determine content required for each stakeholder group, develop content, and drive training delivery.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

As the ServiceNow Business Analyst you will have experience in business systems analysis and have experience working in a fast-paced environment with a working knowledge of ITIL, Agile and DevOps methodologies. You will have experience of gathering requirements, producing specifications, and carrying out delivery planning and prioritization activities. Experience working on projects would be highly beneficial.

Working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, from developer or administrator level is a requirement.

The ServiceNow Business Analyst operates with interactive communication, demonstrating inclusion and cultural sensitivity working in line with Richemont’s behaviors and values.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent exp.
  • 5+ years’ business analyst experience
  • 2+ years’ experience with ServiceNow
  • Excellent analytical skills and business presentation skills
  • Experience working in an Agile project environment
  • Experience gathering and documenting client requirements
  • Strong client interfacing skills: a positive attitude, highly motivated, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 certification
  • High level of fluency in English

Desired Skills:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Fluency in French
