- Perform the complete range of services related to Share Register management and especially be the point of contact for custodian banks for register and deregister shareholders or their nominees
- Execute all tasks related to the administration of our custody accounts (e.g., interaction with account owners, execution of transactions, production of account and dividend statements, perform compliance testing)
- Play an important role in Swiss Re’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) activities, ranging from document productions and orchestrating its physical/electronic distribution, voting process, AGM admission control to the payment of the dividends
- Interact with shareholders, custodian banks, SIX SIS, our external software and print services partners and internal colleagues from Investor Relations, Treasury, Legal and IT
- Lead/support initiatives seeking at improving our processes or keeping up to date on technology and governance advances (e.g., trend towards hybrid/virtual AGMs)
- Perform standard and ad-hoc statistics
- Diligent, reliable, and discrete working style is a must
- Flexible to work in both a collaborative team environment as well as independently
- Customer friendly with good (verbal) communication skills
- Strong focus on continuous improvement of processes
- Willing to take end-to-end responsibility for tasks assigned
- Eager to learn and contribute to the team development
- Proven experience in banking services or securities administration
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Power Point and Access
- Demonstrated ’Tech savviness’, i.e., the ability to embrace and harness systems, tools, and technology to achieve goals
- Good knowledge of German and English (French is a plus)
