“What a unique opportunity to set up a market-leading PLM Fashion solution and a new team to support business huge growth and ambition”

CONTEXT

Richemont has large ambitions on Fashion and Accessories and so are the means to be successful in this area. Objective is to implement Centric solution from Dassault system for collection development and industrialization for Leather Goods, Ready to Wear and Accessories through 3 years rolling roadmap.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Enforce Business best practices for Collection development and industrialization via solution set up

Supervise & Translate business needs with Product stakeholders for the maintenance and evolution of systems

Secure solution integration within Richemont IT landscape (ERP, PIM/DAM, CS portal)

Secure solution run and support via proper organization set up

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

In an agile environment, experience on writing specifications for change requests to allow the development of the expected functionalities with Product owner

In a large IT landscape, experience on solution integration with business processes and technologies

Experience in managing run and support (Upgrades, backlog of incidents)

HOW DO WE KEEP YOU SMILING?

Business context: Luxury Brands with exceptional products

Main point of contact for Business (Dual IT and business skills) to enable a complete digital transformation

State of the art organization and methodologies: Agile and Scrum models, etc…

Required skills:
  • Experience with PLM and ERP systems such as Centric C8 and SAP
  • Dual IT and business skills in the field of product and collection development will be appreciated with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in this field in one or more companies in the Fashion and Luxury sector.
  • Experience working in an Agile project environment
  • A positive attitude, highly motivated, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of fluency in French and English
