If you have already gained some years of experience in the service organization of an international company and love to work on exciting projects, this is the right position for you. We are looking for a person with technical training, very good communication skills and an independent way of working.

Your Tasks
  • Contribute in projects and programs to ensure customer satisfaction and the further development of our service businesses
    • Communicate progress to stakeholders and management
    • Develop project charters, plans, estimates and schedules
    • Ensure work is completed and report variances
    • Assign tasks to team and check workloads
    • Develop implementation, maintenance and support plans
    • Track issues and risks
  • Maintain technical support website
  • Support mapping, and improving of the Technical Service Policies, SOP’s, work instructions and guidelines
  • Be involved in the setup of global communication guidelines & processes related to customer & technical support activities in line with ISO13485
Your Qualifications
  • Technical apprenticeship (e.g. Polymechaniker) with further education in Economics or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
  • Around five years of experience in a service organization of an international and technical oriented company
  • Experience in project management and strong organizational skills
  • Enjoy working in an operational and production environment
