We are looking for a motivated Training and Policies Coordinator to join our Corporate Compliance Training, Awareness and Policies teamat our headquarters in Baar. If you have an interest in well-structured work in a diverse and fast-paced environment, this is the ideal role for you.

The Main Tasks And Responsibilities Include

Training and event organisation:

  • Organising all aspects of in-person training on a local and group level (including booking meeting rooms, coordinating Teams and Webex conferences, creating sessions in Glencore’s learning management system, arranging attendee lists, coordinating schedules, taking attendance, escalating non-completions)
  • Maintaining the annual Compliance Training and Awareness Planner
  • Providing compliance training documentation and data as requested
  • Supporting the organisation of events such as Ethics and Compliance Days, Compliance Summits or Regional Compliance meetings
  • General administrative duties such as keeping a record of compliance training, awareness and translation expenses, document formatting, and other ad hoc administrative tasks

Document/content management:

  • Coordinating the review of compliance policies, standards, procedures and guidelines with Subject Matter Experts and translations
  • Maintaining the Compliance Document Planner and Compliance Policy Tracker
  • Uploading and maintaining compliance policies, standards, procedures and guidelines and other relevant documentation in all languages on Glencore’s intranet and internet
  • Serving as the main point of contact for the Compliance function’s intranet pages and working closely with the Digital Workplace team in maintaining the content therein
  • Maintaining the content on Glencore’s Ethics and Compliance App

Qualifications and requirements:

  • A solid educational background
  • Demonstrated previous experience working in an administrative/training organisation/event planning role, or similar
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office suite (especially, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint/MS Teams)
  • Excellent written and oral English (native or minimum C2 level), multilingual is deemed beneficial
  • Holder of a Swiss work permit or CH/EU passport holder
