We are looking for a UX/UI Designer within the Online Customer Experience Team at Endress+Hauser in Reinach BL, Switzerland.Role + Responsibilities
  • You will translate complex product requirements into easy and intuitive user flows
  • You will plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research focused on UX metrics and data insights
  • You will identify overarching interaction patterns to ensure a consistent brand and user experience
  • You will create responsive UIs that engage customers across devices
  • You will work closely within a cross functional team with peers from product, business, IT, SEO, and analytics through the entire product lifecycle
  • You will explain your ideas, designs and best practices in order to successfully convince, motivate and inspire the cross-functional team
  • You will test and refine low and high-fidelity UX/UI prototypes with users
  • You will improve design, usability, and engagement for our website endress.com and responsive web applications
  • You will support and contribute to the development of our design system
Qualification + Profile
  • At least 2+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar UX-related role
  • An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience
  • Fluency in best practices for information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design process, as well as strong knowledge of user experience principles and techniques
  • Experience creating prototypes or highly detailed wireframes for complex web applications
  • Familiarity with user interface patterns and design systems
  • Strong proficiency in working with Figma is a must
  • Ability to synthesize abstract ideas into concrete design implications
  • Understanding advantages of data driven decision making backed by UX research
  • Excellent visualization, written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English, German knowledge is considered a plus
