Job Description

lastminute.com is looking for a Web Analyst for its Data & Analytics department based in Chiasso.

We are looking for a graduated person with at least 3 years of experience in a Web Analyst role focused on Google Analytics 360.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with Google Analytics tool and API to analyse our website's performances and realize reports according to company internal requests
  • Work with Google Datastudio to develop reports for custom analysis based on data collected on our pages
  • Manage Google Analytics tool configuration
  • Work with Google BigQuery in order to analyze and extract data from our GA properties using SQL language
  • Work with a Tag Manager to configure Google Analytics and 3rd party trackings needed to monitor our websites performances and users behaviour
Qualifications

Essential
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics 360 (dashboard, standard&custom reports, segments, custom dimensions)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Google Spreadsheet
  • Analytical approach
  • Fluent English knowledge (both spoken and written)
Desirable
  • Knowledge of a Tag management system, e.g. Google Tag Manager, Tealium etc.
  • Knowledge of SQL language and BigQuery tool
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript
  • Knowledge of Google AdWords, DoubleClick and other Google Marketing platform tools
