Freelancer Projekt - Für ein Projekt unseres Kunden, einem international tätigen Medizinartikelhersteller, suchen wir Deine Expertise in Lean Manufacturing.
Du initiierst und leitest Workshops direkt im Produktionswerk und bist maßgeblich an der Definition der strategischen Ausrichtung des Produktionsbetriebes beteiligt. Mit Deinen Erfahrungen als OEE & Production Value Stream Expert identifizierst Du gemeinsam mit dem Team Verbesserungspotentiale. Du bist es gewohnt, Projekte eigenständig zu managen und erfolgreich in die Umsetzung zu begleiten. Projektsprache ist Englisch.
Dein Profil:
- Hochschulstudium vorzugsweise mit Fachrichtung Medizintechnik, Produktionstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
- Berufserfahrung in der Organisation von teil-/vollautomatischen und/oder manuellen Prozessen
- Erfahrung in der medizinischen Industrie bzw. Thermoformen
- Praktische Erfahrungen als Lean- oder KVP-Experte. Ebenso von Vorteil sind Erfahrungen im Bereich der Kapazitätsplanung
- Erfahrung in Beratung

Freelancer project- We are looking for your expertise in lean manufacturing for a project of our customer, an international medical device manufacturer.
You initiate and lead workshops directly in the production plant and are significantly involved in defining the strategic direction of the production facility. With your experience as an OEE & Production Value Stream Expert, you and the team will identify potential for improvement. You are used to managing projects independently and successfully accompanying them in their implementation. The project language is English.
Your Profile:
- University studies preferably specializing in medical technology, production technology, industrial engineering or comparable
- Professional experience in the organization of partially / fully automatic and / or manual processes
- Experience in the medical industry or thermoforming
- Practical experience as a lean or CIP expert. Experience in the area of capacity planning is also an advantage
- Experience in consulting
