Are you looking for a new, interesting opportunity in an international environement within a well known company? Are you fluent in English and seeking a new challenge?

Our client is looking for long-term support for their front office at their offices in Bern. You would also cover for the other employee in cases of longer absences, i.e. holidays or illness.

Responsibilities
  • Provides excellent customer service at all times
  • Perform other clerical and receptionist duties such as required.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Reception duties, including contractor management, communication with internal teams and event related responsibilities and organization.
  • Communicates efficiently with the security team to ensure that guests and vendors adhere to client security policies and procedures while on the premises.
  • Support and coverage for team and/or special events, including badging.
  • Manages high volume lobby while simultaneously keeping reception area organized.
  • Responsible for utilising the Visitor Management System and ensuring that the clients NDA policy for is adhered to.
  • Provide access control badges and administer individual authorized access as needed in accordance with policy and procedure.
  • Arrange for ground transportation as needed.
  • Lost and found services are managed by reception.
  • Responsible for ensuring client privacy policy and its description are readily available
  • Maintains a line of reporting to the Security Operations Centre as required to help manage visitor and contractor flow in the facility
  • Gathers and develops metrics that support operational awareness and reporting.
Your Profile
  • Excellent written and spoken English, good knowledge of German
  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Excellent computer skills, specifically in MS Office Suite.
  • Maintains a clean and professional appearance.
  • Excellent organizational skills, Exceptional interpersonal skills.
