For our Lugano Branch we are looking for a Full Stack Engineer (React/Java)to be part of our team.



Responsibilities and Duties

  • Design and implement scalable and reliable web applications
  • Develop and maintain thought-out solutions within the team’s responsibility
  • Improve and optimize existing functionalities
  • Ensure high-quality code and performance
  • Work on technical innovation and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge sharing and support other team members in an AGILE and international environment



Qualifications and Skills

  • Scientific degree/master, preferably in computer science or engineering
  • Strong experience in frontend development using Ract.js
  • Strong software development experience in Java
  • Good knowledge of UI design
  • Exposure to Java frameworks such as Spring
  • Good command of spoken and written English is a must
  • Excellent analytic troubleshooting capabilities and problem solving skills



Nice to have

  • Knowledge of REST/RESTless API, Maven, Git, and Azure Cloud
  • Experience with Scrum/Agile toolset e.g., Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
  • Familiarity with CI/CD automation tools using Ansible, GitLab
