About the role

For our client, a Private Equity Firm, we are looking for a Fund Administrator to join their team.

Job duties

  • Administration of funds in companies
  • Preparation and structuring of financial and accounting information
  • Monthly reporting to investors
  • Compliance tasks (KYC, country-specific regulations)
  • Accounting (closing and bookkeeping) and billing

We are looking for

  • At least 4 years experience in a similar position (accounting, financial control, fund administration,...)
  • Have already worked in a similar environment (Fund company, Trust, Family Office etc.) in Switzerland or abroad
  • Fluent English
  • Mastery of the Office Suite (particularly Excel)
  • Meticulous, proactive and organized
