What you do

Support GBTS technical query resolution in line with customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Management of a networked system of 20+ Windows and Linux Servers with a web-based application
Coordination with stakeholders from application software development, corporate IT, aircraft Engineering, GBTS and aircraft maintenance departments
Ensuring the integrity of data storage (including SQL databases) and managing the configuration of operating systems, commercial software and bespoke application software
Rollout of a system for new customer and system updates at Pilatus and existing customer locations
Troubleshooting technical issues and Training system users and local administrators

What you bring

Computing or Information System studies at graduate level or equivalent experience
Knowledge of simulation and understanding of network technologies and experience with writing SQL queries
Understanding of aircraft system operation and aircraft maintenance parameters
High-level of problem-solving skills and Analytical and critical thinking capabilities paired with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
Fluent in English. Ability to communicate in German is advantageous.
Ability to program in Java or Python would be advantageous.
