For our client in the lovely canton zug we are looking for your talent in the pharma industry as :

GCC/Artwork Specialist 100% (m/f/d)
  • You execute and manage GCC and Artwork projects changing impacting Finished Goods (FG) commercial products collaborating closely with the PLCM product leaders/planners.
  • You collaborate with internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for on time execution of changes, with overall impact to the OTIF metric.
  • You own & lead labelling artwork changes from market approval notification until effective artwork is available for production for relevant markets and products.
  • You handle cross functional management of internal and external relationships as it relates to the deliverables is critical.
  • You balance assigned total workload associated with ongoing artwork projects & identify potential bottlenecks in order to plan accordingly.
  • You identify and communicate implementation risks and recommend path forward to implement corrective actions ensuring Regulatory compliance and launch readiness.
  • You ensure that dates and timelines are challenged and new proposals agreed where artwork timelines are in jeopardy or at risk for on time completion.
  • You support continuous improvement projects to drive process standardization and efficiency improvement of the Product Lifecycle Management process.
  • You make sure deviations are closed on time and with the correct information to support closure.
  • CAPAs are closed on time and and with the correct information to support closure.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor or comparable degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or similar education required
  • Lean Six Sigma/Green Belt is an asset
  • Minimum 1-3 years working experience in a Global Supply Chain, Artwork or GCC role
  • Experience within an international and controlled environment is required
  • Must have strong GMP/GXP Skillset.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
  • Knowledge of printing technologies, artwork creation software, pre-press activities and CMO line manufacturing is an asset.
  • Experience with Supply Chain and LCM tools, preferably: Oracle, TrackWise, Agile PLM
  • Influencing and negotiation skills to attain buy-in from different
  • Fluency in English (C1) and German
