Der Schweizerische Schwimmverband (Swiss Aquatics) ist einer der führenden Sportverbände der Schweiz. Mit den vier

Nationaltrainer Swiss Aquatics Water Polo 40% (m/w)



Der Nationaltrainer führt und betreut hauptsächlich die Nationalmannschaft Elite und Nachwuchs Damen und engagiert sich
für die Förderung des Frauenwasserballsports von der Basis bis zur nationalen Elite. In dieser Funktion repräsentiert er den
Schweizer Schwimmverband.



Aufgaben:

• Führung und Betreuung der Damen Elite und U19 Nationalmannschaften in Vorbereitung auf die

• Individuelle Athletenbetreuung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Vereinstrainern
• Planung und Organisation von Kadermassnahmen und Trainingslagern der Damennationalmannschaften
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Leistungssportabteilung von Swiss Aquatics Water Polo
• Unterstützung und Entwicklung der regionalen Damenkader
• Planung und Förderung der Entwicklung des Wasserballsports in den Jugendkategorien
• Regelmäßige nationale und internationale Reisen
  

Anforderungen:

• Universitätsabschluss in Bewegungswissenschaften oder entsprechende Äquivalenz
• Professionelle Ausbildung als Wasserballtrainer
• Trainererfahrung in einem Damen Elite Team mit nachweisbaren Ergebnissen auf nationaler und/oder

Italienisch, Englisch

National Coach Swiss Aquatics Water Polo 40% (M/F)



The national coach mainly manages and coaches the elite and junior women’s national teams and is dedicated to the
promotion of women’s water polo from the grassroots to the national elite. In this function he represents the Swiss Aquatics
Federation.



Tasks:

• Management and coaching of the women’s elite and U19 national teams in preparation for the 2022 European

• Individual athlete support in close cooperation with club coaches
• Planning and organization of the women’s national team camps and training camps
• Close cooperation with the performance section of Swiss Aquatics Water Polo
• Support and development of the women’s regional teams
• Plan and promote youth water polo development
• Regular national and international travel
  

Requirements:

• University education in sport science or equivalent
• Professional training as a water polo coach
• Experience as a coach of an elite women’s team with proven results at national and/or international level
• Experience in promoting women’s water polo (club or federation)
• Very good administrative skills
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills as well as strong communication skills
• Good oral and written knowledge of at least two of the following languages: German, French, Italian, English
