- Responsible: Design for future environment and social impact changes.
- Experiences for all: Design for access and inclusive usability.
- Under the direction of the Global Design Director lead DH design to develop brand experiences that WIN with consumers and over competition via Remarkable design Strategy, Creation, and - Activation across physical moments in the Consumer Shopper Journey (CSJ).
- Translate Category, Brand and Product strategies into design strategy and vision.
- Define strategic guiding design principles via translation of brand positioning.
- Define brand design architecture, ensuring optimal portfolio segmentation to enable brand coherence, and a seamless shopper journey (findability and navigation).
- Define annual category design budget needs within budget cycle process.
- Lead creation of remarkable design, inc. visual, science and shape expression, in alignment with design strategy.
- Synthesize regional design mandates, considerations, and category codes to inform design system and Brand World approach.
- Create Brand book design intent guidelines to ensure consistent in-market execution.
- Manage design agency budget, quality, and relationship within category.
- Support and guide flawless design transition from global design intent to regional application, considering all moments of the CSJ, customer and expert touchpoints.
- Support Pack Operations to maintain design intent throughout production media.
- Actively contribute to the design community, bringing enterprise thinking and a OneTeam spirit.
- Qualification within design / design management.
- Bachelor’s degree with 8 years’ experience, master’s degree with 6 years’ experience preferred. International education is acceptable.
- Managing ‘holistic’ design vision across brand world touch points, from strategy to application.
- A proven track record in building distinctive brand and consumer experiences connecting innovation to equity and delivering notable commercial impact.
- Curiosity, Experimentation, Consumer at heart.

- Dealing with ambiguity, Drive for results, Managing vision and purpose, Interpersonal savvy and organizational agility.
- Verbal and visual presentation, Design thinking, Project planning, Shopper, and user empathy approaches
- Experience in Manufacturing/Printing principles.
- Finance and budget know-how.
