Position Summary
Within our Global Brand team, we are looking for a Global Influencer Marketing Intern. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Influencer Marketing on key activities of the team. You will help to onboard, set-up and implement a global end-to-end Influencer Marketing Tool across HQ Teams and the markets. Additionally, you will be responsible for the Influencers’ guidance across brand platforms and key campaigns, working in close collaboration with the Brand campaign and PR Teams. You will be in direct contact with the global agency to bring the campaign toolkit to life and coordinate with the markets to ensure market needs are met.

A day in the life of a Global Influencer Marketing Intern
  • Coordinate with the Nestlé eContent team and Nespresso HQ and markets key stakeholders to ensure the Influencer Marketing tool is well set-up and onboarded, meeting all mandatory needs
  • Work in close collaboration with the agency and the markets to ensure the most relevant set-up for the tool locally. From selection of pilot markets to rollout plan. Including an innovation pipeline to build an agile and powerful tool for all teams.
  • Coordinate cross functional team to ensure delivery of projects’ milestones
  • Own overall project timeline and project tracking and core project management responsibilities
  • Work with the agency and the campaign project managers in order to deliver guidelines for most brand platforms and campaigns
What will make you successful
  • Recent Master graduate or about to graduate with university degree ideally in business or marketing or communications, with experience gained in digital communications or digital marketing internship preferably in a large company
  • Passion and interest in high-end/luxury brands and/or brands with a direct business model would be an advantage
  • Proven agency management skills would be a plus
  • Natural leadership, resilient, high ability to manage stress and changing environment,
  • Exceptional ability to communicate ideas/point of view in a clear/concise way
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken, any other European languages would be a plus
