We are seeking
We are looking for a Global LMS (Learning Management System) Manager & Training Manager who will administrate, validate, maintain and promote the CSOD software and manage the ongoing validations. In addition, this role is responsible for Digital Learning Projects and will support to the global training & development activities. IT affinity and an understanding of GxP requirements as well as fluency in English are essential. Experience in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment is preferred.
Your main responsibilities and opportunities
- Leading the system maintenance and operations support especially managing the validation of the periodic releases and the yearly periodic reviews
- Work with the external LMS provider for validation of updates and new system specifications and requirements, i.e. managing the CSOD interface
- Communicate and cooperate with various internal clients (as board members, corp. function heads, local HR heads) to define requirements for system development and training reports
- Cooperate closely with the HRIS/HRMS team as well as with Global IT and Quality
- Coordinate and support the local LMS training administrators
- Work with subject matter experts, using instructional design principles to create and deploy effective digital (or blended learning) solutions employing Easygenerator as authoring tool.
- GxP experience and knowledge of IT landscapes, e.g SAP interface, document management sytems etc. are favourable
- Deal with external training providers to create attractive learning solutions
- Work on interesting L&D projects
- Reporting to the Global Head of Learning & Development
- Travel: ca. 20 %
Your profile
- BA degree or equivalent in information technology, computer science or business administration or other relevant area
- Experienced in the management of an LMS, preferably CSOD, in a global pharmaceutical / life science company
- Understanding of GxP methodology
- Affinity for HR systems, cooperates easily with the IT and Quality functions
- Experience in training or instructional design
- Project Management and change management skills
- Open communicator and sensitive in dealing with different cultures
- Fluency in English is a must, other languages a plus
